In accordance with Section 5-77(h) of the City of New York Department of Consumer and Worker Protection regulations:
- We do not provide any language access service available where the consumer may obtain from the debt collector a translation of any communication into a language other than English
- A translation and description of commonly used debt collection terms is available in multiple languages on the Department’s website, www.nyc.gov/dca
